Project Overview
Microsoft's Technical Account Managers (TAMs) support enterprise-level customer accounts with Microsoft. Each account manager needs to be able to track the number of hours they have given to support each account; from their mobile, desk, or tablet.
Solution Summary
Exsilio worked with the Premier team to turn their visions and sketches into real designs and a working tool. Silverlight was used to create a seamless user interface which gave TAMs the ability to log their support hours against each account. This tool replaced more than a handfull of different tools the Premier team had been using for these efforts.
